Skin barrier protection in a lightweight non-oily emulsion, against environmental elements and extreme temperatures and wind.

Primary Ingredients

  • Complex of botanical Phytoceramides (Moisturises the stratum corneum and improves the corneocyte cohesion)
  • Artemia Salina Extract (plankton extract that restores skin functioning, activates cellular functions and provides infra-red protection)
Secondary Ingredients
  • Protection Complex (organic and inorganic ingredients)
    (broad spectrum protection against UVA I, UVA II and UVB rays)
  • Vitamin C Ester (antioxidant and activates collagen synthesis)

Application Technique

  • Apply a generous layer to the face, neck and exposed areas and massage into the skin
  • Re-apply every 2 to 3 hours during continuous exposure

    I absolutely love this product! I use it every day after my moisturiser lite, it protects and keeps my skin hydrated! Before using nimue my rosacea was getting worse and more visible. I found environment/weather used to trigger this more, and since using barrier cream my rosacea is pretty much gone! I can’t recommend this enough! Thank you nimue!!

    This is my favourite Nimue Cream, I have been using it on a daily basis in morning after shaving and after the Nimue Vitamin C Mist for the last year or so. My main concern was my psoriasis and sometimes eczema on my cheeks which were annoying as I was most of the time red and slightly irritated, but Element Barrier has resolved this unpleasent skin condition. I do not fell itchy anymore, I have regained luminosity and smoothness, the skin feels so soft and silky.
    It is the perfect sunscreen as well, you can protect your skin with its SPF20.
