Booking and Cancellation Policy Treatments and consultations are strictly by appointment only.
Please text, email or leave me a message. Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to re schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. All Treatments must be in advance by Bank’s transfer. Details will be given on the invoice by email or text message.
Please be aware that when you are booking an appointment and you receive the notification by email or text message you agreed to the terms & conditions. Failure to give at least 48hrs notice will result to retain in full the payment.
If you contact us regarding Nimue Products , please fill in the form with your full details, mobile number and which products are you looking to purchase. As some of the Nimue products cannot be sold online you can email us any time. We do not accept payment over the phone. Payment can be made by Bank’s transfer, by Credit Cards via link, the details are given on the invoice. Free Delivery on orders over £70 UK Mainland .
We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website or failing to collect a parcel within the courier’s time-frame or not being present when the parcel is delivered. International Delivery see or Devery Option page
